InnoViate.ai is a web-based training platform designed to help aviation professionals practice English communication skills and prepare for ICAO proficiency assessments. The Service includes:

Interactive ICAO exam practice sessions
Phraseology training exercises
Automated assessment and feedback
Progress tracking and analytics

3. Important Disclaimer

InnoViate.ai is a training platform for practice purposes only. Our assessments, scores, and feedback are NOT official ICAO certifications or endorsements. For official language proficiency testing, you must contact an authorized ICAO testing center.

4. Beta Service Limitations

During the beta phase:

The Service may be unavailable or unstable at times
Features may change or be removed without notice
Data may be reset or lost during updates
Access is limited to invited beta users

5. User Accounts

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
All activities that occur under your account
Providing accurate and complete information
Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service

We strive to maintain the Service, but cannot guarantee 100% uptime. The Service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates, or due to technical issues.

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. You may also terminate your account at any time.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
