Terms of Use

Last updated March 15, 2026.

These terms govern your use of the InnoViate website, RT Lab, and any associated paid plans, pilot programs, or organisation workspaces. By using the service, you agree to these terms.

Service

InnoViate is a training product focused on aviation communication. It is designed to support radio practice, debriefs, and training-record workflows. It is not operational ATC, flight dispatch, or real-world flight-operations software, and it must not be used to make live operational decisions.

Accounts & access

  • You are responsible for the security of your account and for any activity that happens under it.
  • Org users typically access InnoViate through their training organisation. In those cases, the organisation controls member access, instructor visibility, and how training data is used inside the org workspace.
  • We may suspend or terminate access if we detect abuse, security issues, or material breach of these terms.

Paid plans, billing, and cancellation

  • Personal paid plans are billed through our payment provider and may renew automatically until canceled.
  • You are responsible for applicable taxes, payment method accuracy, and charges incurred under your account.
  • If you cancel a subscription, access normally continues through the end of the paid period unless your plan or purchase terms say otherwise.
  • Fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law or where we explicitly state otherwise at checkout or in a separate written agreement.
  • Org and enterprise pricing may also be governed by an order form, pilot agreement, or other commercial terms. If those conflict with this page, the signed commercial agreement controls.

Acceptable use

  • Do not use InnoViate to break the law, harass others, or transmit harmful or illegal content.
  • Do not attempt to bypass security controls, probe the service for vulnerabilities, reverse engineer the service in a harmful way, or interfere with other users or systems.
  • Do not misrepresent simulated training outputs as real ATC or regulatory guidance.
  • Do not use the service in a way that could compromise reliability, safety, or fair access for other users.

Platform IP and your data

We retain rights to the InnoViate platform, brand, and training content we create. You retain rights to your own inputs and organisation training records. By using the service, you give us permission to host, process, transmit, and analyse that data as needed to provide the service, secure it, support billing, generate debriefs, and improve the product in line with the Privacy Policy. We may also use aggregated or de-identified data for analytics and product improvement.

Availability, model behavior, and changes

We aim to provide a reliable service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or error-free AI output. Features, models, providers, datasets, and integrations may change as we improve the product. Some parts of the service are beta or preview features and may change faster than the rest of the platform.

Disclaimers and liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, InnoViate is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for losses caused by relying on the service for real-world operational decisions. Your sole remedy if you are unhappy with the service is to stop using it and, where applicable, cancel your paid plan.

Updates, contact, and feedback

We may update these terms from time to time by posting a revised version here. Questions about these terms or the service can be sent to hello@innoviate.ai. We welcome feedback, but providing feedback does not create any obligation for us to implement specific features.
