This page explains what personal data InnoViate processes, why we process it, and what choices users and organisation customers have. It applies to the public site, RT Lab, and related account and billing flows.

Who we are

InnoViate provides aviation communication training tools for pilots, schools, and operators. You can reach us at hello@innoviate.ai. For org workspaces, the training organisation also decides how access, instructor review, and retention work inside its workspace.

What data we process

  • Account & profile: email address plus optional profile details such as full name, callsign, home airport, experience level, locale, and other training preferences you choose to provide.
  • Training data: session metadata, transcripts, saved configs, competency scores, observations, and training-record exports created as you use RT Lab and related tools.
  • Org context: which training organisation(s) you belong to and your role inside them (student, instructor, admin).
  • Billing and subscription data: plan, subscription, usage, and payment-related metadata needed to provision access and manage paid accounts.
  • Technical and support data: IP address, browser/device details, request logs, and support messages that help us keep the service secure and diagnose issues.

Why we process data

  • Provide the service: create and maintain your account, run training sessions, and store debriefs and training records.
  • Support org customers: for org users, enable schools and operators to assign training, review results, sign off sessions, and retain evidence in line with their training and record-keeping needs.
  • Security & abuse prevention: detect misuse, troubleshoot problems, and protect the platform and its users.
  • Billing and account management: manage subscriptions, paid access, over-limit handling, and support requests.
  • Improve the product: use aggregated or de-identified data, where appropriate, to understand feature usage, reliability issues, and failure patterns.

Service providers

We use service providers to host the product, authenticate users, store data, process payments, send email, and run voice or AI features. These providers process data on our behalf to deliver the service, not to take over instructional authority or ownership of your training records.

Cookies, local storage, and analytics

We use cookies or local storage for authentication, security, and app state such as active organisation context and user preferences. We also use limited site and product analytics, including Vercel Analytics, to understand traffic and reliability. We do not currently use third-party marketing pixels or ad-targeting trackers.

Data retention

Personal users can export or delete their account data from the profile area. For org users, some training records may need to be retained for instructional, audit, or regulatory reasons. In those cases, records may be anonymised rather than deleted outright so that training evidence is preserved without keeping direct personal identifiers.

Your choices & questions

You can update profile details, download your data, and delete your personal account from within the product. If you use InnoViate through a school or operator, that organisation may also control access, retention, or instructor visibility inside its workspace.
